Any services we provide are governed by that written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls.
We may decline any request for any lawful reason, including if the property is outside our service area.
3. Pricing, Rental Analyses, and Promotions
Prices, fees, rental estimates, and analyses shown on the Site or given before we review the property are for general information only and are not binding. Final terms depend on the property and the services involved. A price is binding only when it is stated in a written agreement we provide to you.
Promotions and discounts may have additional terms, expiration dates, and service-area limits, and cannot be combined unless stated.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information, or submit a request for someone else without their permission
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape, crawl, or copy content or data from the Site using automated means, except for standard search engine indexing
- Send spam or bulk submissions through our forms
- Interfere with the Site or its security features, or try to gain unauthorized access to them
- Upload viruses or other harmful code
- Impersonate any person or business
We may block access or reject submissions if we believe you have violated these Terms.
5. Content You Submit

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and its owners, employees, and agents from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where our business is located, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

13. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver.
